Running Gear :

• Heavy Duty Axles with Air Suspension 3x9 Tons Capacity with First- Axle-Lift facility

• Twin-Lines Air Brake System acting on all wheels with "S" Cam actuation with two diaphragm brake chambers per axle. Complete kit including Air Reservoir and Load Sensing Valve.

• Mechanical Parking Brake

• 6 Tyres fitted to suitable Disc Rims plus one spare tyre.

Semi-Trailer Components :

• Telescopic, Two-Speed Mechanical Landing Gear, manually operated from one side.

• Heavy Duty Replaceable Type 2" King Pin conforming to SAE standards and mounted to Heavy-Duty Friction Plate.

Surface Treatment and Painting :

• The platform& chassis are Grit Blasted to SA2.5 for better paint adhesion.

• The platform & chassis are externally coated with one coat of Anti-Corrosive Primer and two coats of High Quality Polyurethane Paint to a single color of customer choice.

• 24 Volt Rear Light Units, each comprising Tail, Brake and Signal Lights.

• All wiring is routed suitably through conduits.
