Pay load: 30 Ton (As per Customer Requiremet)

Chassis structure :

• Main carrying members of standard IPE section according manufacturing rules which is reinforced by cross members (IPE) providing the maximum load bearing capacity with min. dead load to submit maximum pay load capacity available.

• Container twist lock, 4 pieces (fitted for 1x20 container).

Kingpin :

• 2” JOST Germany (position from end is 1200 or 900 as per tractor head type)

Landing gear:

• Two speed telescopic landing gear mechanical, 50 ton approximate static load capacity and 25 ton dynamic load capacity, JOST Germany

Suspension system:

• Heavy duty axle design load ton.

• Automatically axle lifting or manually (as client requirement).

• WABCO TASC raise and lower valve is fitted to the suspension.

• Std 60 Ltr air tank is fitted

Tires:

• Tires with its suitable rims.

Brake system:

• Three line standard pneumatic brake systems quick change type according to international standard, with anti lock drum and automatic slack adjuster.

• Pull valve is fitted on the right side

Electrical:

• 24 volt standard circuit, 7 pin socket quick release connector according to international standard

• Rear lamps are double rubbolite890 LED(amber colour)

• Side lights are rubbolite 810 LED

• Front marker light are rubbolite TL34 LED (white colour)

Painting:

• Sand blasting according to SA2.5 with two coats of primer and two coats of finishing paint as per customer color requirements

• Platform, headboard has under coat of fast build primer and is finished in 2 pack high gloss paint
