Technical Specifications for a Water Tank to be mounted on your free issue suitable truck.
Tank Profile : as per Customer Request.
Load (Filling) Method : Top Loading.
Construction : Welded Galvanized Iron and Steel Construction to grade S235.
• End Caps : 4mm thick.
• Baffles : 4mm thick.
• Saddles : 6mm thick.
• Subframe : Heavy Duty Pressed Steel Section.
• As per Customer Request.
• One 16” Filling Manhole with inbuilt vent.
• Two 3" Gravity Delivery Lines at the rear of the tank fitted with Chromium Plated Ball Valves.
• All Pipe Work is made of Pipes.
• Tank is provided with one breathing vent suitably located at top.
• Two Hose Carriers on either sides of tank for the proper storage of water hoses with lockable doors.
• The tank is internally cleaned and all weld joints are coated with an Epoxy Coating suitable for storage of water.
• All steel components are Grit Blasted to SA2.5 for better paint adhesion.
• The tank is externally coated with one coat of Anti-Corrosive Primer and two coats of High Quality Polyurethane Paint to a single color of customer choice.
The vehicle comes provided with the following accessories :
• Spare Wheel Carrier suitable for fitment of one Wheel.
• Mudguards with Rubber Mud Flaps for rear wheels.
• Tool Box (without tools).
• One Rear Access Ladder to the top of the Tank.
