Technical Specifications for a Vacuum Tank Semi-Trailer to be towed by a Tractor Head Truck with suitable Fifth-Wheel Capacity.
Tank Profile :- Cylindrical to withstand operational Vacuum and Pressure
Construction :- Welded Steel Construction to EN10025 grade S235.
Thicknesses :- 6mm Dish Ends, 6mm Shell, 4mm Baffles.
Reinforcement :- Steel Formed Rings are used to reinforce the tank.
Pressure Rating :-Operational (+0.5/-0.8 Bar)
Chassis :- Heavy Duty Steel Section
1. Vacuum Pump with following characteristics

Two 20” Inspection Manholes are installed on the tank
The tank is equipped with Sight Glasses for level indication at the rear.

• Tire fitted to suitable Rims plus one spare tire.
Telescopic, Two-Speed Mechanical Landing Gear manually operated from one side, Lifting Capacity (24 Tons) & Static Load Capacity (50 Tons).
Heavy Duty Replaceable Type 2” King Pin conforming to SAE standards and mounted to Heavy-Duty Friction Plate.
The Tank is equipped with two hose carriers on either sides of the tank for the proper storage of hoses.
• The tank & chassis are Grit Blasted to SA2.5 for better paint adhesion
• The tank is internally coated with two coats of Coal Tar Epoxy.
• The tank & chassis are externally coated with one coat of Anti-Corrosive Primer and two coats of High Quality Polyurethane Paint to Color of customer choice.
• 7-Pin Quick Release Connector.
• 24 Volt Rear Light Units, each comprising Tail, Brake and Signal Lights.
• High Luminosity Side Marker Lights.
